Being a human is both breathtakingly beautiful and unbelievably messy. Oftentimes, living into this bothness can stir up feelings of anxiety, fear, sadness, and confusion. I work to help people untangle and honor the messy, scary, sad, and confusing areas of their lives and shine light into the hope, joy, and resilience that is also present in those moments. We do this by creating new relationships and responses to the hard feelings that show up, so those that once seemed overwhelming now seem manageable.

It is my priority to establish a safe and connected relationship with all of my clients. In a session with me, it is my hope that you will feel profoundly known. In addition to compassion and gentleness, it is also my job to find moments to challenge you and offer insight. In every session, I embrace this bothness, in my desire to hold space for you with tenderness, celebrating the good, as well as the willingness, curiosity and non-judgement I bring to exploring those messy parts.

Ultimately, I’m here for you, offering myself to walk into the messy and unknown parts of life with you so you don’t have to face them alone.
