Are you feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or burnt out? Are you looking for help but not quite sure what you need? Are the demands on your life too great and exhausting at the moment? Maybe you’re feeling stuck or dissatisfied with your relationships but don’t know the next steps to take. You could be feeling misunderstood, taken for granted, and powerless. Maybe you’re in a tough transition period and need to process some hard decisions or losses. Have you tried making changes in the past and keep finding yourself in the same spot, causing you to lose hope and doubt your abilities? Wherever you might be, I want to help you find relief and a greater understanding of yourself!

My therapeutic style emphasizes a warm, empathic, and supportive relationship with each individual. I am to create a safe and open space for you to feel heard and feel understood. I believe our understanding of self and other influences the way we interact with our world. I aim to help you gain a better and deeper sense of yourself and your own unique experiences as we collaborate on your goals and use growing understanding to effect change. I work relationally to empower you in relationships with others and create space for healing in the room with me. Wherever you are in life, you don’t have to walk through it alone. You are valued. I want to help you feel connected with others and affirmed in your own unique strengths.
