Are you experiencing a sense of disconnection and conflict in your relationships? Grieving a recent loss? Feeling like you can’t keep up with the demands of life, or the demands that come from your own expectations of yourself? Maybe you are feeling down and anxious and fear your life is falling apart? If you are seeking to find support and relief in any of these ways, help can be found. You do not need to figure this out alone. Something important happens when we can be known, accepted, and accompanied in our places of suffering and confusion.

We grow and are formed by our relationships. In our relationships we also experience disappointments, pain, and trauma. Relief and renewal become possible through new experiences of relating. Transformation emerges when we can begin to relate to others and ourselves with greater compassion, deeper insight, and purpose. When we have the space to grieve and learn new ways of reflecting and responding to our relationships we can experience a sense of hope and connection. We begin to experience ourselves as more integrated, creative, and whole. If you desire to enter a process of deep transformation and growth, I would be honored to walk with you in these ways! I am pleased to offer a 15- minute phone consultation in order to help you discern if you feel confident about working together on this journey.
