  • We provide in-person therapy in our offices located in Pasadena and San Diego. Additionally, we are able to offer teletherapy for people located throughout California.

  • Our therapists have a wide range of fees ranging from $125 to $300 per session.

  • We are not in-network providers with any insurance companies.  People can use their insurance to meet with us, although we charge our session fee at the time of service and can provide people with superbill receipts to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. 

  • Each of our therapists have limited reduced fee slots. Reach out for more information about our reduced fee availability.

  • Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment with a therapist, let us know with at least 24 hours notice or we still charge our full session fee for the missed appointment.

  • We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo and Zelle.

  • The standard session length is 45 minutes. We do offer longer sessions for individuals or couples who prefer to have more time than the standard session length. Longer sessions are prorated according to the therapists standard rate.

  • We provide therapy for people of all ages—kids, teens, emerging adults, adults and older adults.

  • Yes. Virtual therapy increases accessibility to therapy and many people find it to be a convenient and preferred way to meet for therapy. Additionally, we are able to offer virtual therapy to people throughout the state California.

  • We do not have any clinicians on staff who are able to prescribe medications.

  • The most direct way to schedule an appointment is to fill out the Contact Us form.

  • Some of our therapists have immediate availability and you can usually schedule an appointment within a week of getting in touch with us.
